Dr. Bill’s Learning Centers offer a holistic educational rehabilitation service to help youth with special needs such as Attention Deficit, Anxiety, Hyperactivity, and other serious learning difficulties. Dr. Bill McMiller is an experienced pediatrician and child psychiatric/educational rehabilitation specialist who has been helping Chicago area youth with school failure since 1988. Dr. Bill’s Learning Centers’ services include screening, diagnosis, advocacy, and individualized treatment by specialized tutors, motivators and clinicians. We offer family-centered specialized tutoring that combines your family’s own positive protective characteristics and life experiences with professional techniques that increase your second to tenth grader’s capacity for better grades and higher self-confidence.
